The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. The residence side is, without a doubt, my favorite long-term stay hotel apartment in Dubai. The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and the service is truly exceptional. The 24/7 gym is fully equipped. The only drawback is the location, but if you have a car or don’t mind taking a cab, it’s conveniently close to downtown and several other popular spots.

Stayed for a night location was good I had a corner unit with canal view The room felt smaller compared to other hotels at the same price . Valet was busy so I parked myself Next time I would choose another option in the same price range

Generally it was a nice accommodation. The only thing is that; my room were faced to high way. Although I was in 10th floor room was quite noisy that was coming from cars from the high way. The rest was fine.

Room was not clean well. Had remains of ginger nails on the bathroom floor from previous guest probebly. Other then thst no hot water and emergency light was on all night. Only after I mention these to the reception it was fixed. Stored the lasagne and the the hotel did not deliver them to the room.

The swimming pool is decent, though nothing extravagant. Overall, the experience was nice and satisfactory. The view was lovely, and the location is very convenient, being easily accessible from the metro.

Rezaul did an excellent job cleaning our room. He was the best housekeeping staff and made our visit very comfortable and smooth. He was hardworking and went out of his way to provide good hospitality. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

We reached hotel at 1 30 am . They tried to tell me that there were no booking and all rooms fully booked. I told them that I had confirmation. They then said there is only 1 room. .i had to look for my confirmation for them to give us 2 rooms and waited long. I paid since previous day and did not know that the sold my rooms. They finally had to give us an upgrade for 1 room as theg did have the one...

A special mention to the team for the thoughtful surprise dessert they sent to our room for my son’s birthday — we hadn’t mentioned it, so it really meant a lot to see that kind of attention...
