Below average hotel for being a 4 star hotel it is not worth it. I had to move my guests from this hotel and rebooked a different hotel on the same day for double the price. Such a waste of money. The hotel is very nice and amazing, I really enjoyed spending time with my family in here and would love to again. However, its wifi is so slow, that whenever I try to load my app, I have to use VPN in order to gain better access, other than waiting to load for at least 10 minutes. The staff is very varied in their treatment and they do not say things in a concrete and true way, for example: wait 5 minutes for such a thing and it is 15-20, etc.

The stay was nice with comfy bed and good service at the restaurants. However, maybe the package details were a bit complicated, the reception forgot to give us Lounge access at first place, but were able to rectify the second day. Lounge servers were very nice and friendly too.

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm. The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel
