It was nice stay. Prices are good compared with other…Rooms were clean. Reception desk staff was good.. location of hotel is good n near by metro station… room service staff housekeeping staff both are good and polite…travel desk is available at lobby… hotel restaurant prices are too much high… u will get restaurants near by…

Stayed with family and had a fantastic experience! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. Special mention to the food—it was absolutely delicious with great variety made me felt like homely. Highly recommend Hotel Omega for a family stay! Special mention to Mohit Sharma and Sonu Paaji!!

Fantastic stay. Excellent service. Promt response. U can get anything u want here. Staff is very supportive. Best location in Bur Dubai. People posted reviews about hot water and cold water issues. But there is no issue we faced. Recommended stay without any second thought

We had a great stay at the hotel. We stay for atleast a week and we got good variety breakfast with osum taste. Kids also loved all breakfast meals. Staff was very polite and helpful and everytime available at a single call. Mr. Pratap was really very good and provide us with excellent room for staying. Most recommended hotel with kids and family for happy stay.

Nice location, luxurious rooms, excellent service. Food needs some improvement. Otherwise staff is very good, specially Sajjat who helped us in every aspect during our visit. Had a very good time at Omega.

It's a very good stay option if you are visiting Dubai which is located in Bur-Dubai. It's a nice 4⭐ hotel with good rooms and services. Breakfast here was good with many options to choose from, ambience here is very nice. We stayed here in a Suite which was spacious and nice. Stay here was very comfortable and I recommend this hotel for people visiting Dubai.

Usual Novotel standards , small gym and temperature controlled rooftop pool. Nice coffee shop and a hearty breakfast. Has valet parking and Need a car to get around but not far from sites  taxis are plentiful. Uber eats accessible.  Would definitely stay again.

Hotel is decent at a good location, walkable metro station. Not all staff is so cooperative and polite. Very clean and tidy.

Perfect location. Metro and bus stations are nearby. Mall of the Emirates and Lulu Hypermarket are within walking distance. Shops, restaurants, farmacies are also around. Big bath tube is amazing.

I have booked for king bed room. Unfortunately when I came for check in my room was with connection door inside with other room. Then I request to change the room. But receptionist informed me that no king size room available and he recommend me twin room, which I did not expect. This was useless for me to book the room in advance.

Clean room. Good Service. Amazing breakfast and coffee. Dont forget to order free barista coffee for breakfast.

Great hotel especially for the area. Conveniently located near freeway. City center right across the street is wonderfully convenient. Has restaurants and grocery store along with several specialty shops. Good breakfast buffet that was higher quality than what I am used to getting at other hotels. Best to go a bit earlier or later as it can get crowded and hard to find a seat indoors. Staff is helpful...
