A very good hotel that used to be my favorite, especially as I was regularly upgraded in the past. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen on my last visit, despite being a loyal and returning guest. Still, it remains a great hotel with solid service and quality.

Very good breakfast and hotel is just right next to the lake and can walk around the lake which is many restaurants grocery stores in the area but it’s not easy to get to the public transportations

Fantastic stay in one of our favourite hotels in Dubai. Feels like you’re out the hustle and bustle of the city, and could be in the Mediterranean region (with a Dubai skyline). The bathroom smells like sewage. The smell never goes away. The hotel staff were very kind and this is likely something out of their control but something a traveler should be aware of. We did tell them several times. Love the ambiance of the hotel and the restaurant staff are very friendly.

Mostly came for the pool, but it's also a lovely hotel. Pool is nice, recommend to go for sunset so you have both day/night view. I am quite impressed with this hotel. It is in a good location and the staff members are very helpful. In particular I would like to mention one person, Mr Ruman, who provided services. He was very supportive. The hotel breakfast is below average and its quality, variety and presentation could be better.

Location wise: it's far from metro, but near Global Village and IMG or Miracle garden. Still, you need to ride a Taxi. Customer service is fine, except with the reception. Not happy with it. They lack with enthusiasm. I love the coldness of the AC, but aside from that, the rest is just Good.

The location was not as close to downtown Dubai or Deira as I thought. It was a bit secluded but the closest mall is the MOE so you can explore that. They also provide free bus shuttles to kite beach at specific times. I liked the room and my view. I can’t complain. It was a good value of my money

Every detail was perfect — from the soft linens to the daily housekeeping. The restaurant downstairs had amazing food and even a pianist in the evening. We’ll never forget this trip.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is elegant without being over the top, and you can feel that attention is paid to every detail. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed. The breakfast buffet was rich and tasty, and the evening dinners in the restaurant were outstanding. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the lounge area with a glass of wine after a long day of sightseeing.

Stayed here with a friend during a short city trip. The location was convenient and walkable to some major attractions. Our room had two beds and was reasonably clean. The decor was old-fashioned but functional. The bathroom had some wear and tear but was kept clean. Breakfast was minimal but enough. Staff were friendly but not overly involved. Good value for short visits.

Clean and recommended place to stay for business trip for short or long period

Pros: Great place to stay near the marina area. You can walk in the marina any time also supermarkets, coffee shops and other places are nearby. Apartment Rooms are huge and they have full kitchen. We had a drink in the bar on floor 52 prior to a meal elsewhere; the view was superb, negroni perfect and service impeccable. Well worth a little trip up. Not badly priced either.

I came for a hydrafacial at Azzure and it was so relaxing, felt like I genuinely needed the indulgence. Tari took care of everything, from adjusting the timing to making sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. I think she’s a superstar! Long term stay. The reception staff, bag handlers and parking attendants are very kind and helpful. Very nice. The suite is huge. If you want a large room, choose this one. The view from the window is also great. Although you can't add Marriott points when booking here, it is indeed much cheaper.

This is one of the best hotels in Dubai — period. It’s right opposite the marina walk, which is barely a 2 minute walk with excellent views.
