Excellent service from the staff who were very friendly and always providing support whether in the reception, restaurant (Sameh and the crew) and on the pool. The quality of the breakfast should be better, specially the pastries. The location is very good for people coming specifically for an exhibition at the world trade center but there is no other attraction next to it.

One of the best hotels in Dubai ! Exceptional customer service from the whole team specially : Theri , Theory , Abir from reception , and Abish from concierge. They have been extremely kind and helpful in all means and exceeding my expectations with their kindness and support , and they helped in setting a Bday celebration surprise for my friend as well , would definitely keep coming back !

Improvement areas : Pool infested by pigeons en masse laying manure in the pool And Telephones in Rooms working poorly if at all Otherwise outstanding service and customer experience

Jireh and Rachelle from reception are very accommodating. Whenever I come in here, they always greet me with a smile so it feels very welcoming to me. They do the check in process so quick and with ease. The place is also very clean and rooms are organized. I highly recommend this place. It has easy access to grocery stores, supermarkets, cafe and restaurants.

I stayed here last week with my wife and had a wonderful experience. From check-in to check-out, the service was excellent. Was a decent stay, we are often in Dubai, and location is convenient. Breakfast was good, as well, which you don’t get, if you’d book direct
