2 big swimming pools! Cool! What was not very comfortable - it is entrance in the sea, there were a lot of stones, for children it is not good

Everything was just fine, I had a grate hollidays in the hotel. The room was clean, food was nice and fresh and the hotel stuff friendly... only in the breach you need special shoes to get into the water.

- excellent beach, just a few steps from our room. Unfortunately, we had huge waves on 3 days of our stay when it was not allowed to swim in the sea. This is purely bad luck, can happen anywhere, anytime

Getting a massage at this spa was really nice. Emma was my masseuse, and you can tell she's an expert, and her massage was very relaxing. I'd definitely go back again!

Emma did a very good massage I relaxed really I recommend her she was really pleasant and kind and she help me to relax really well

we were accommodated for 5 nights, the big minus is that there is no beach and if you want to lie on the sunbeds you have to pay €25 but the view of the sea is beautiful, we had ordered 2 rooms, but we got a large apartment with a luxurious terrace and a wonderful view, the food was good for children (all-inclusive) they didn't have any non-bubble drinks except water, otherwise everything was wonderful

The hotel is nice, located on the first line. Location to the sea is perfect! One of the best disco bars by the sea yelling to three hours a night for sleeping

It was a pleasure to stay here. The only thing was, that the dinner was always a bit cold and the polish and russian guests were horrible at the buffet.🙈 The Staff was perfect. Maria at the Reception was the best.❤️

Recently back from Crete ,Family of 5 including an infant ,We stayed there for a nearly week , first, I would like to say is hard to find the hotel , especially when you driving a hired the car

Great hol. Great bars virtually on the beach. Food superb. All inclusive drinks lacking - no gin or vodka? Bar staff and chefs fantastic all round. Love to go back

If anyone is actually reading this review, I would propose to place a sign that sunbeds can't be reserved. Not everyone is there at the same time. Another splution could be baskets for towels and personal belongings

The pools were renovated and look amazing!! There aren't enough sunbeds for everyone and many guests seem to "reserve" sunbeds by simply placing their towels on top for the whole day

Add a basket near each umbrella, if the sunbeds aren't occupied but there are towels and personal things on them, people can put them in the basket and use the sunbeds

Overall I would recommend the hotel and the whole experience. It is a very beautiful hotel, the beach was wonderful and so was the surrounding area

Put up a sign explaining the purpose of the baskets and that sunbeds cannot be reserved. The staff in the whole hotel was extremely friendly, understanding and competent

Cozy hotel in a huge area, beautiful garden with palm trees. Directly on the seafront promenade. 100 m from the wide sandy beach, from the center ca. 1500 meters away.

The food was absolutely amazing and the chef made sure everyone knew what his creations contained. I have no doubts that we shall be returning to this wonderful place

Pure gold From check in to check out we were made welcome all the staff went over and above to make certain their guests were taken care of

Showers flooded bathroom floor because of a huge gap between screen and wall. Bath water emptied back up out of drain onto bathroom floor! TV mainly in German with some French and Italian - no English

Excellence at work The management and staff made this one of the most memorable experiences we have had in a hotel,the chef Petros was amazing his food some of the best we have had this accompanied by the wait staff Tonya,Evi,Manos and Soula who could not have been more helpful

We would like to especially thank Chef Pedro for making our dining experience much better! There were a few dishes which were mainly pork which my partner does not eat, therefore, Chef Pedro did his best to accommodate to my partners needs and made some dishes for him when required

One of those events per night. Our kids loved the food variety, pool and entertainment provided. Lots of activities for kids which allowed for some adult time too. Check-in and out staff were helpful with advice too

The kids klubb was lovely for my cousins. The entertainment was so nice and put in a lot of effort. My aunt went there last year and the hotel and entertainment has had a great improvement. Wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. A 20-30min drive from Heraklion. Different pools to choose from and some water slides. Although the water was a bit on the colder side in October but we still swam

Can go to the beach too which is owned by another hotel but that's fine. Some people say the pool towels cost extra but the first one is free and you're free to use it throughout the week

There's also a convienient laundry rack in the rooms. The food was fine, maybe needed some more salt at times. We arrived quite late and they even had a cold buffet waiting for us which we didn't expect!

Within the hotel there are many choices when it comes to dining, relaxing & entertainment. The staff at Arminda are very attentive and friendly

Each night there was live entertainment in the pool bar, with a mixture of traditional music and dancing, to acoustic duos and even a DJ! Our favourite part was meeting new friends and closing down the night with Yiannas, Michalis x2 and Eleftheria :) All in all, for two broke, newly married thirty year old Canadians, it was more costly than any all-inclusive we've taken to Cuba

Staff are so friendly, especially Eleanor at the Theatro Pool bar, she is a little gem. We went all inclusive for 7 nights. So much food choice that we were ever bored

We visited at end of June and what an amazing holiday we had we loved the hotel so much we booked to go again from the bar on the last day! Katerina in the restaurant was the best all staff warm and friendly the shop on site was full of beautiful things

Also the low hanging bedside lights do tend to cause a hazard when catching your head on them! Nothing here to stop this being a five star stay. Thank you to all at Paralos Kosta Mare!

We had room 214, lovely room but it has a step down to the bathroom which at night we found a concern as we couldn’t see it, so we had to put a cushion there to navigate in the dark

All really wonderful! Tips; use the beach beds, much quieter and less struggle to get a bed there. Service is just as fast down on the beach as it is at the pool

Excellent first holiday as a family here. The staff are very polite and helpful. They always tried to entertain our baby too which was lovely. Especially the cleaner and lady who welcomed you into the main restaurant

It was nice, but the individual restaurants weren’t top notch food and the portions were small. We ended up going to the buffet some nights even after a meal. Other than that, would definitely recommend!!!

We had a shared pool which was amazing with us having a ground floor bungalow. I’d definitely recommend requesting ground floor if you’re paying extra for a shared pool

Maria from the bar at Delphinia pool deserves a special mention, she went out of her way to make our time special! We will definitely be returning and trying out other Mitsis resorts

The views are absolutely breathtaking – we chose a sea-view room, and the upgrade was more than worth it. On top of that, we were pleasantly surprised with a fruit platter, excellent wine, and bottled water in the room

The locations is close to everything the only issue is the walk to and from town as there’s very little path and it’s quite a busy road, the hill is also quite steep to walk up but you wouldn’t get the beautiful views from the hotel if it wasn’t

The main pool is spacious, ranging from shallow to deep (0. 00 m) and about 15 meters long, which makes it perfect for both relaxing and swimming. In the past we also stayed at Abaton, which is part of the same group

The room was basic but had everything you needed and was spotless, the cleaners did a great job throughout the week and even placed our pjs in lovely’s patterns on the bed. All facilities were good and kept clean

Very nice Rooms, directly at the beach. I have booked a Massage at the Spa, it was perfect. The atmosphere was amazing and perfect to relax

I liked the pools and the service in the cafeteria. The spa is cool too, the gym doesn't have much, but the spa has an interior pool, which is very nice, and there is also a sauna and of course there are massages

Overall, the hotel is okay, but the rooms are outdated (starting with the walls, which have an old appearance, and the furniture, which is also old), the air conditioning is either old or not working, and there are no mosquito nets (we had major issues with mosquitoes and couldn’t sleep), the bed is slightly uncomfortable

In the bathroom, the shower is narrow, and in our room, the window was broken and almost fell on us. We initially had a room with a sea view, but the air conditioning didn’t work

I recently stayed at Heronissos Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious, with a great variety of options

when I say they are loud and disgusting spitting in the pool leaving there rubbish around the pool towels being thrown in the pool just a total disregard and disrespect for the hotel and others trying to enjoy there holiday

If you do not book the better rooms you are in a different building across the road it has a kids pool there but thats all I see you still have to come over to the hotel to eat and get drinks

Palmera Beach Hotel was beautiful, clean and stylish. We had a problem with our first room, due to my disability, but the manager went above and beyond to make our stay perfect

My only wish is that there is an English speaking channel that isn’t the news or finances! We’ve upgraded to the private terrace again (essence room) - a real sun spot! The breakfast was the perfect way to start the day! Great location; the hotel provides free sun loungers on the beach for staying guests

After a storm, a significant amount of seaweed washed ashore, emitting an unpleasant smell, which made it uncomfortable to enter the sea. Additionally, there are areas for improvement in cleanliness

My experience at NEMA was 10/10, so much so, I’ve already booked again for next year having had such an amazing stay. Every member of staff from the reception, to the dining room, to the domestic were exemplary

After looking forward to this holiday to arriving, firstly to be hit with the tourist tax, 5* hotel defo only for the tax, this hotel is not a 5*, although the the hotel was clean we felt this was the only positive

No entertainment not enough sunbeds, food not the greatest, drinks rubbish, we expected alot more from a 5*/4* hotel. Beach was in walking distance so this was positive, a great escape from the hotel

Lovely stay, once more. Kind staff, willing to help with anything you may need. Tasteful meals and a top burger dinner at Know bar, overlooking the sea. Overall, a repeat and repeat experience!

Building is situated really close to the sea, but the main problem for me is that it does not deserve 5 stars

I booked this hotel through jet2 package holidays! It was my first time staying in Greece

The shower could only fit one person and it did not have a door or a curtain, so we always had water on the floor. The whole hotel is dated, but the pictures make it look very modern and vibrant

The pool area is ok but definitely has the feel of it having once been a car park or something. Breakfast is just ok, food selection is broad but the quality is really quite poor

Infinity Blue Hotel and spa is more like a three star hotel, than a four star one. Before booking this trip for three adults, I made sure to check the photos and reviews

The shot of the pool looks big when in reality it is much smaller. As it was really busy, we didn't want to swim in it. Breakfast is 5/10, same menu and pretty standard

The hotel staff are very lovely and friendly, but that's just about it. If you don't care about the ambience and how a room looks, then this will be good for you

In the morning, we woke up and realised our view was blocked by a very large, overlooking tree. We spoke with our Tui rep who was very helpful and managed to get us a sea view room which is what we had paid extra for

Room Room 362 was half way up the hill overlooking the sea and also the main pool/childrens pool, there was loud music all day so no chance of a siesta and the towels were out very early

’ Our family and a few others were told we could not stay and were taken to their other 5* hotel Blue Sea Beach (Stalis) by taxi. We were offered food before we left

For the best part of our stay, the relax pool was attended by a very angry blond - haired lady. Hour by hour, day by day, she would constantly turn children away despite them having made no noise in the pool

On one occasion, she turned away a baby and told the mother to take it to the children's pool even tho it wasn't making any noise or causing bother to any other guests who clearly didn't mind their presence

Our room was also full of spiders, ants and mosquitoes that bit us during the night. We were forced to use a towl to kill them. The toilet matt was also dirty and the bath had chips and marks

However I found that the seating in the hotel was not at all comfortable in either bar area at front of hotel, rear bar area and dining area. Pool is small and needs an update

Food was ok - a bit samey on a lot of days. The pool area is small with not enough sunbeds for the whole hotel (luckily we were there out of season!)

On arrival which was after midnight received a warm greeting at reception and was informed that after taking our cases to our room that a meal was waiting for us in the dining room

Amazing hotel, fantastic service, prefect location and an incredible buffet. We only paid for breakfast yet, they offered us free dinner. Everybody here was very so nice and caring. The rooms however are satisfactory

Modern service, pool and outside areas. Helpful , efficient and cheerful staff in al areas. Not really suitable for kids and meal times can be brisk. Food is generally good and plentiful for a three star rating

This spacious apartment has everything for a comfortable stay:a shower with decent fitment and great pressure, kitchen with full set of toiletries, refrigerator, TV, beds with comfortable mattresses, a balcony with table and chairs

Cooks club is as beautiful hotel and also the staff are lovely Erika mimi Jonathan especially the bar staff and everyone at the breakfast I would recommend to visit and if you do stay make sure mention T 😉

Location is ideal steps away from everything. Dj and violinist on a Tuesday evening is a must…incredible. Massage from Joahna was amazing, professional and highly skilled. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!!
