The restaurants were a treat too, with a great mix of flavors and such a nice atmosphere. Whether I was grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a longer meal, it felt relaxed and special at the same time

Every single staff member I met was kind, genuine, and happy to help with anything I needed. They didn’t just do their jobs—they made me feel at home

Overall, V Hotel Dubai isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience I’d happily come back for

The rooms facing the main road aren’t double glazed so every morning at 4am when the club closes there’s a huge noise commotion. Even on the 12th floor I could hear the noise. Single bath robe for 2 occupants

They hadn’t mentioned anything about a damage deposit prior to booking or checking in, charged me almost £150/ 700 AED deposit at the time of check in even though my stay was paid off in advance

Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music

However, it’s not peaceful - if that’s what you like - Beach Club music and a plane constantly taking off and landing. My only complaint - the lack of staff trust I encountered

This happened every day! I asked for two towels at this pool from the lifeguard for my friend and I - he asked if my friend had a room at the hotel - which of course she did

I would return to this hotel anytime! Breakfast is fab, adult pool so peaceful. The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable

Your own sun loungers and your own entrance, basically. The sea itself is a bit murky. But it's hard to find anything better in Dubai for this price

This place is perfect for a hotel-staycation, especially with its private beach! It's a bit far out in Jumeirah, making it tricky to get Karims (ride-shares) and a bit inconvenient to go into the city often.

I know it’s a premium 5 ⭐ resort but come on guys £11 for a bottle of water is naughty Putting that aside the hotel is beautiful with its own private beach. Tastefully decorated, beautiful linens and furnishings

That attitude of “this is nothing, we’re happy to help you even further” was consistent across the board—from the reception and concierge team to housekeeping, restaurant staff, and even security

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression

You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!

The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

Heba, the receptionist at Hilton The Walk hotel, was extremely helpful and welcoming. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism ensured that we had a wonderful stay. The room cleanliness was also impeccable

We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm

The Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach offers exceptional service, making our stay extraordinary. The stunning pool area is perfect for relaxation, while the beach is also wonderful

The hotel truly inspires admiration and incredible feelings. Everything is done in a magnificent style, with simply stunning beauty. I want to highlight the service, as it is indeed at the highest level, as it should be

For example, if you wear glasses, after cleaning the next day, they will place a specially designed microfiber cloth under your glasses in their own design. Everything is always in its place, just as it should be

The only downside is that the fruits could be better, but what can you expect from a desert? For this place, where you are essentially in a desert, what they offer is already quite good

The pools, gym, everything is magnificent and in top condition. There are no complaints whatsoever. Does the hotel live up to its stars? The answer is, of course, it does

They always strive to help you and do everything in the best possible way. Even if you need something, they will try to find the most effective solutions for you

We are Privelee members (family of 4) so came for the first time today to use the pool and beach. It was a Saturday afternoon we arrived, exceptionally busy (UK mid term break). It was busy, but a lovely atmosphere

The guys found us 4 loungers very quickly, fresh towels and complimentary cold water straight away. Anything we requested was no trouble, came quickly, and always checked up. Aziz was really friendly and kind

They would offer to clean guests’ sunglasses and would provide fresh towels when needed. Overall great stay at this hotel and would recommend!

Nadik, Moses and Bamsi all served us with a smile! I didn’t get the names of the guys carrying out the food from the kitchen, but I can tell you all the food arrived hot, complete, neat and tidy

Our 12 year old really enjoyed the kids club - play station, air hockey, and table tennis kept him occupied all afternoon :) One more mention I feel needs to be made - the valet guys - a large function was starting as we left, so many people arriving AND leaving at the same time, they were a well oiled machine

We were blown away by the entertainment, especially the card illusions by Klaus which were phenomenal. A huge thank you to all at the Waldorf for a memorable trip, we would not hesitate to return

Exceptional views, fantastic service, excellent accommodation and it has everything you need - pools, the beach, a spa, a full service salon - whatever you need and want, they have it

Yam impressed with creative drinks that were real highlights of the evening. Both not only served drinks, but also made you feel at home. A small suggestion for improvement: the WLAN could be more reliable and faster

We were spoilt for choice with the restaurants, each one providing something different and unique. We will be back as a family for our next trip. They have a beautiful kids club and the package is all inclusive

Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

Several restaurants around, Marina Bay in 20 min walking distance. Really nice pool and beach area with towel service, free water

The service stood out in every way, especially from Lloyd, Andy and Ivan! Their personal touch, warm approach and genuine care (for both us and our two little sons) made our experience special

The best hotel I have stayed at in Dubai and I have stayed in many so far such as Palace Downtown, Atlantis Royal and Fairmont Palm

Absolutely amazing experience! The services is top notch, the room really nice and well decorsted, the food both for breakfast and for dinner in main restaurant is amazing. Proximity to Burj ensures really nice views

However, the lack of readily available buggies and the long waiting times for the abra (boat service) made getting around frustrating

The multiple pools, beachfront access, and a fantastic kids’ water park made it a dream destination for our child — he never wanted to leave! The Splash Pad, slides, and shaded play areas are a huge plus for families

Loved all the amenities all around. Reception, bar, restaurants, swimming pools, pool bar, grounds and beach. Staff all very friendly, helpful and always available

Beachside Paradise for Families – The Westin Mina Seyahi, Dubai Our stay at The Westin Mina Seyahi was nothing short of exceptional

We were very not expecting such good service. Will recommend this hotel to all of my friends who plan to have vacation in Dubai. If you plan to stay at the hotel, go to the Fish Beach Taverna restaurant

The overall service was very good, the breakfast was also very good, the scenery of the beach and the restaurant were very good, the rooms were all small villas, and there was a separate private lounge area, and you could take a boat tour

The hotel has a castle market, restaurants and a beach🏖, so you can really start a pure vacation mode without leaving the hotel

The legendary Summer Palace combines classical Arabian charm with modern amenities and services

The private beach area is an excellent check-in location for the sailing hotel! The sand is also very fine, and there are many free lounge chairs on the beach. It is simply a great place to bring children

The beach right in front of the hotel is stunning, peaceful, clean, and ideal for relaxing. The breakfast was also outstanding, vast, delicious, and full of high-quality options to suit every taste

The hotel has beautiful rooms, a wonderful pool and beach, and the outstanding Japanese restaurant Netsu, making it a perfect retreat

I want to especially highlight Rafik, Korel and Katie from the Guest Relations team, who were exceptionally helpful throughout my visit. Their attentiveness, warmth, and professionalism truly elevated the experience

Despite her role, she went above expectations with her warm attitude, deep knowledge about the rooms, hotel facilities, and the products they provide. She was extremely polite, professional, and genuinely caring

They also left me a little birthday treat in our room and I have no idea how they knew since my husband didn’t tell them it was my birthday either 😅 There are lots of facilities too - a kids club and kids pool, a general pool, restaurant and room service, and my favourite was the spa! I had a massage and oxygen therapy and would highly recommend it to anyone

The Staff was very welcoming and kind. They put their efforts for your comfort! The room was very clean and comfortable, I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Breakfast has many options for all types of cuzine

Specially early in the mornings beach is almost empty and water is calm

This resort is located at Palm Jumeirah and has private beach access. The room is clean and the staff are friendly. The pool is a bit small.

Villamore Beach Bar at the Kempinski on Palm Jumeirah is an absolute gem. The atmosphere is relaxed and elegant, with a very pleasant and easy access to the beach

The view over the Palm and the Dubai skyline is simply stunning – especially around sunset. The food is excellent, fresh, and beautifully presented, with a great selection of Mediterranean dishes and refreshing drinks

The villas are spacious and comfortable. I’ve stayed here five times, and the service has always been excellent. The hospitality is wonderful, and the staff are friendly and helpful

Breakfast was amazing, you can find everything there, except avocados :) we liked their beach, and pool area, it’s good with kids. Stuff was always helpful and friendly. One negative moment: it’s about kids room

The highlight of my stay was how beautifully the team celebrated my birthday, they decorated my room so thoughtfully, surprised me with a delicious cake, and even sang Happy Birthday! I also had the pleasure of enjoying lunch in the Executive Lounge, which offered both amazing food and stunning views

Facilities were great too along with location, lots of places were within walking distance. Food was delicious at the buffet, lots of choice and had great meals at the other 2 restaurants at the hotel

The rooms were recently renovated giving it the luxury feel, food was exceptional, the chefs even went above and beyond and catered for any special request

The front desk also gave me a small New Year gift, saying in Chinese: Happy New Year and Congratulations on your prosperity! The beach view was beautiful, and the waiters in each restaurant were very good-looking

It was , is, and will remain one of the most beautiful places in Dubai and not only. Dar Al Masyaf is an absolut gem. There are no words to describe the whole Madinat Jumeirah property

I tried the Chinese restaurant-Zheng He for the New Year's Eve dinner and shimmer for lunch. They were both delicious and comfortable. It was very suitable for vacation!

The facilities at this hotel are incredible, featuring a large sauna, a spacious steam room, and both a sizable cold plunge pool and a huge sauna. The gym is also impressive, equipped with the latest equipment

We arrived a bit too early on the day we booked, but our room was already ready for us. In the room was a beautiful welcoming morning tea waiting for us

My only suggestion would be to consider installing smart TVs to enhance the in-room experience, but overall, you guys are truly awesome

You can also do a day pass with spa and steam. Steam room and spa are great!!! A must try experience in Park Hyatt with a lot of green areas and peace. The place is quiet and relaxing

It’s a great spot for friends and family/kids pools are cool. All great vibes the guys are so nice and helpful. it’s not hot here as the rest of Dubai. The creek side is just amazing

I have been to many hotels before but this by far has been the best family hotel in the UAE! I have read the comments but I was surprised at the level of staff friendliness, number of activities available and great service

Been to few hotels previously in Dubai but this has to be the best so far specially if you have kids. They loved every bit of it the pool area is great and the food is delicious lunch and dinner
