The kitchen tensile like knifes are rusty they need replacement. One of the knobs of the oven went out but was fixed quickly. There are only one cooking pan for eggs i think there should be at least two

I have stayed at many hotels both in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai but this is so far the best and we keep coming back. We were very impressed by Dinesh and Akila’s hospitality at the daily breakfast buffet

traffic is an issues so check before you come that the construction work has finished since some of the roads going to the hotel are closed so it takes more time to reach the hotel

I think she’s a superstar! I wanted to tip her before leaving but couldn’t find her afterwards my tea, is there an online link or some way I can appreciate her? 10/10 experience!! And it all happened on Thursday, my skin and I still remember her service! ❤️

I came for a hydrafacial at Azzure and it was so relaxing, felt like I genuinely needed the indulgence. Tari took care of everything, from adjusting the timing to making sure I was comfortable throughout the experience

This includes the tour guide located in the main lobby. Akila, Zena, Cheff (everyone). They are like a family when working together. They create a feeling and experience of family that everyone enjoys

Not a 5 star hotel but close to that. Food is ok, there are some quality main dish everyday, but mostly the same sides everyday. Beach towels free and you get them near pool bar

The pool area and beach was amazing, with a view of some of Dubai's amazing builders across the water! I was a solo traveller and enjoyed it a lot - left me feeling relaxed

Sunny side (for early April it was important). Pool view to the bay and the city. The manager Loki was very pleasant and helpful to us. Very good food (breakfast and dinner), clean, big new rooms

A beautiful space with amazing staff. The all inclusive was very good with some spirits and cocktails available and some international beers (cans not draught)

For couples, or in a group of friends I think the experience would be further heightened again

The only small downside was the traffic signal right before reaching the hotel, which caused a 10-minute delay almost every time we returned from Downtown/City Centre — but aside from that, everything was excellent and I’d genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai

On 7 August, the experience was particularly poor. Tea was served very late, and I noticed that some of the teapots were worn out

Usual Novotel standards , small gym and temperature controlled rooftop pool. Nice coffee shop and a hearty breakfast. Has valet parking and Need a car to get around but not far from sites  taxis are plentiful

And yeah ofcourse I must add about the staff behaviour and staff service , they are very helpful and very kind in nature. Overall experience was very nice. And breakfast was recommendable

The only best thing i can highlight during my stay was the excellent service of the Bar Tender on poolside cafe, the chef that was cooking my omellete for breakfast, the busboy who serves our table, and the housekeeping team on our first two nights of stay

First two nights stay the service was good, but on the 3rd night we experienced delay in requesting new towels. We ask to change towels from 12pm and i have to call 3times to follow up, then received the towel by 6pm

Almost everything that had been discussed and agreed during the booking process has been provided and delivered. Mr Vishal and his team were so great! Mr Vishal is a gem. You are lucky to have him in your company

Hotel looks new although already 5yrs. Just 800 meters from Metro station, and just 5stop from DBX Terminal 3. Very nice local Breakfast and good services.
