The rooms were beautiful and very neat, the staff were very welcoming and accomodating and there was a wide variety of options in the breakfast area everyday. Would recommend to anyone to stay here in this hotel

However, its wifi is so slow, that whenever I try to load my app, I have to use VPN in order to gain better access, other than waiting to load for at least 10 minutes

Just had the most incredible dining experience at Chef Alvin's place! The Wagyu beef dish was absolutely divine - tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Chef Alvin truly knows how to bring out the best in his ingredients

Free shuttle to Dubai mall many times per day and that is nice Breakfast is decent, I like the staff at breakfast restaurant name "Karan" he was supportive and looks happy for what he works, he has really good service mind

I was shocked, so we pay for the hotel to relax, have our own pool and sun beds, but we have to pay additionally for the sun beds?! I have been to so many hotels but seeing that we have to pay for sun beds at the pool in hotel we are staying in, is just shocking

The second day we came from the beach, the room was cleaned, but the towels were soaking wet from yesterday. We had to call the receptionist for new towels and they also didn’t provide with toothbrushes until we asked

Moreover, if you want to lay down by the pool and enjoy the sun you can’t. Because the buildings around the hotel hides the sun

The sun hits the hotel pool after lunch, and we saw that only two sun-beds at the corner is under the sun

The room was spacious and offered breathtaking views of the ocean. It was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay

We spent 3 days in total at this hotel. The only thing is that there is construction going on near the main pool. There is also a pool for adults, but you can't hear it there. The sea has good access for jbr

It has become much worse than in 2023, construction has started next to the pool, the choice of food at breakfast is poor. Since the beach is the farthest, all the garbage flows into this corner

I would return to this hotel anytime! Breakfast is fab, adult pool so peaceful. The beach has so much room and the beds are so comfortable

Not noisy, not dusty, does not particularly interfere. But the sight of the crane certainly does not win. There are many activities on the beach, so there is always quite loud music

We checked into Room 923 at Andaz Dubai The Palm on 21 June, and from the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, genuine smiles, and the kind of hospitality that leaves a lasting impression

You get use of the hotel next door inclusive of full pool and beach access which was a great bonus, the hotel is centrally located and great for getting around- a super stay!

The breakfast and the food in the executive lounge were excellent. The same goes for the beach and the pool. The whole service staff were always very friendly and we had a great time in this beautiful hotel

Honestly, great hotel! They gave us an upgrade to like suite room - wow it was big! You get to use two pools - the two Hilton hotels. Direct access to beach.

We had a great stay at Hilton Dubai the walk. As a diamond member we‘ve got an upgrade to a nicer room with sea view. Also the receptionist was very nice and gave us a late checkout until 4pm

Stayed for four nights in December, in a Deluxe Room on the 9th floor. Room was big, clean and comfy and bathroom was huge with walk-in rain shower. Decent balcony with AMAZING views of the Marina

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Marina, with the tram just across the road and easy walking access to JBR Beach, Marina Mall and many restaurants

Rooms are moderate, equipped with necessities. Good for business setting not so much for families. Location is excellent as you have plenty of things to do around the beach and the marina with an excellent view as well

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a fantastic 7 day stay at the InterContinental Dubai Marina by IHG. We stayed in Room 3002, a spacious and very comfortable 3 bedroom apartment, which was perfect for a longer stay

As I came in December, the weather was really pleasant and could have breakfast outside in the morning on the terrace and for evening cocktails I went to the Club Lounge on the 39th floor with really nice views and a wonderful staff

There are no real hotel services — you carry your own luggage, park your own car, and if you want to do laundry, there’s a paid self-service laundry room. The swimming pool is small, always crowded, and poorly designed

The pools, gym, everything is magnificent and in top condition. There are no complaints whatsoever. Does the hotel live up to its stars? The answer is, of course, it does

The hotel truly inspires admiration and incredible feelings. Everything is done in a magnificent style, with simply stunning beauty. I want to highlight the service, as it is indeed at the highest level, as it should be

For example, if you wear glasses, after cleaning the next day, they will place a specially designed microfiber cloth under your glasses in their own design. Everything is always in its place, just as it should be

The only downside is that the fruits could be better, but what can you expect from a desert? For this place, where you are essentially in a desert, what they offer is already quite good

They always strive to help you and do everything in the best possible way. Even if you need something, they will try to find the most effective solutions for you

Fantastic hotel with great service! Location is okay. The only issue I had, was one of the toilet seats in my suite had a red stain which we seen after we checked in. We told them about it and they could not remove it

The restaurant is big enough to accommodate a big number of guests at any point of time. The pool is very cozy and nice. You will enjoy nice views of Emaar’s beachfront project and the beach

During my stay, two times restaurant Attico and Ginger Moon were closed for a “private event”. Pool on ground level and beach with average service and old/cheap sunbeds

We were blown away by the entertainment, especially the card illusions by Klaus which were phenomenal. A huge thank you to all at the Waldorf for a memorable trip, we would not hesitate to return

The pool staff in particular, Borzo and Jayan, were very helpful. They would regularly check in on guests and promptly refill the ice buckets of water

The guys found us 4 loungers very quickly, fresh towels and complimentary cold water straight away. Anything we requested was no trouble, came quickly, and always checked up. Aziz was really friendly and kind

Nadik, Moses and Bamsi all served us with a smile! I didn’t get the names of the guys carrying out the food from the kitchen, but I can tell you all the food arrived hot, complete, neat and tidy

Our 12 year old really enjoyed the kids club - play station, air hockey, and table tennis kept him occupied all afternoon :) One more mention I feel needs to be made - the valet guys - a large function was starting as we left, so many people arriving AND leaving at the same time, they were a well oiled machine

I recently spent 4 wonderful days at the Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City, and it exceeded my expectations in every way! The hotel's stunning views of Dubai's skyline, impeccable service, and luxurious amenities made my stay truly unforgettable

The hotel staff is wonderful, everybody is really helpful and take care of you. The breakfast and dinner is delicious, we can always find something to eat. The rooms are also clean and fully equipped

Our stay at the Crowne Plaza Festival City Dubai was exceptional! The location is perfect, right by the waterfront with stunning views of the Dubai skyline and direct access to Festival City Mall

Spent 3 days here and enjoyed every minute. Ideally situated distance from the airport, 2 minutes walk from the water taxi station. 1 stop across the creek to the metro

I especially like the water bottles, they are glass and can be refilled so less garbage is made. Shout out to Emelyen and Selim from the staff, thank you very much!

In addition, after I checked in, they helped me take my luggage upstairs, and when they arrived at the door, they called (instead of just ringing the doorbell), so that I could answer the phone at hand while I was packing (there were phones in different locations in the suite), instead of shouting "I'm coming" to the door or running to the door to open it immediately

Secondly, I asked for toothpaste and it was brought to me in no time at all. On the day of check-out, when the driver I arranged to pick me up arrived, they called to inform me that the driver had arrived

Restaurant standard: The breakfast food is very rich in variety and the waiters are also very good. One day I ate slowly and by the time I finished, it was already past breakfast time, so the fruits had been removed

Decent size gym, large pool, and excellent restaurant and hooka place. We are not staying anywhere else, on our next trip to Dubai

Yam impressed with creative drinks that were real highlights of the evening. Both not only served drinks, but also made you feel at home. A small suggestion for improvement: the WLAN could be more reliable and faster

We were spoilt for choice with the restaurants, each one providing something different and unique. We will be back as a family for our next trip. They have a beautiful kids club and the package is all inclusive

Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional

Wonderful Birthday Stay!
I spent my birthday at this hotel and had such a great experience. The room was spacious and included a bathtub, which made the stay even more relaxing

I also enjoyed the beautiful sea view overlooking the swimming pool — it was absolutely stunning

Very good hotell and nice staff! We choose the room with ain Dubai and sea view, that was amazing and well worth the money 👍 we got front row view over the marina/jbr, probably hard to get better view in any other hotell

The only minor downsides were the long wait for lifts during peak hours and the beach being quite crowded on weekends. But these were easily outweighed by the overall experience
