Business trip, close to work, overall OK. Because there was no room, the front desk upgraded the suite. The suite was good. I don't know about other room types. Breakfast was average, Indian cuisine. Overall OK

The room facilities may be a bit old, but the cleanliness is still very good. It is very close to the old town. I hope I can stay there again next time if I have the chance.

The service was great, the night reception team were more than welcoming. Especially Osman Khan and Kamar. The concierge team and porters did not hesitate. The car parking service is free for guests and efficient

The breakfast is classic Middle Eastern cuisine. There are other business places in the hotel, such as massage parlors, pizza shops, cake shops, etc

The hotel was amazing. The staff behaved very nicely to all the tourists. They have an in built restaurants serving wide varity of cuisines from different countries. Example - Chinese, Indian, etc.

All Staff members that I interacted with, were very polite, professional, efficient and friendly. Breakfast buffet is very nice with a lot of varieties. Indian club ( chingari) is also located in this hotel

Service 5*, clean, good location, car parking are availbale free of charge, wifi is good. Room furniture are old, having few iron which mean u need to iron ur clothes ASAP n return it back!!

Bulgari is a perfect choice for a honeymoon. They included a beach bag, a celebratory cake, Marvis toothpaste, and a luggage tag. They also gave us Evian spray and a free coconut for the beach and pool

The breakfast wasn't that global, most of it was Indian food, as well as the other guests. But the staff was really polite and kind and we didn't really dislike anything

This is budget friendly hotel value for money, just if you are OK with the BurDubai traffic inside the small lanes, service of the hotel is little bit delayed, you need to remind them 2-3 times for any requirement, breakfast was ok with lot of items ranging from Asian to Western

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this outstanding hotel not once, but twice for two weeks each time, and I can confidently say it was a perfect experience

After I moved to the third floor, it became possible to fall asleep with proper earplugs on. Still, it's not the feel which you expect to achieve at the chase to have a rest

They are not providing toothbrushes or sleepers. Two water bottles were provided for two guests throughout the one-day stay. The swimming pool was clean, and the lifeguard was friendly

An average of 12 people check in daily, but it depends on the seasons. Mostly, people visit the UAE in winter when the weather is moderate - starting from mid October till April

Nice room, good breakfast, swimming pool on the 8th floor, bar, good location, close to Marina, about 15 minutes walk. There is also a bar on the 43rd floor

My next door parents were playing with their kids and yelled quite loudly. The hotel has swimming pool and gym but the water of the swimming pool needs a bit of cleaning and filtering

I had an amazing stay at Jumeira Rotana Dubai, in a penthouse-style suite on the top floor with a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa — pure magic both day and night! The suite was spacious, elegant, and truly felt like a private escape above the city
