I had a long 17+ hrs layover before my next flight, and needed a place to have some sleep and shower. The IBIS Deira Creekside Dubai provided it all. I had a great sleep (it was very quiet) on a comfy bed

Overall, it was a satisfactory stay with a good location, delicious food, and a pleasant swimming pool facility

The food was excellent, and the service truly made the lunch unforgettable. The whole team was so welcoming and made us feel so celebrated. The staffs made my son feel like a star 💫 on his birthday

Mew, the housekeeper made sure that all the requirements are done properly. Special mention to the sweet Emily at Bistro Domino. She is always attentive and brings on a smile all the time

Marivel and Mike at the front desk are efficient and knowledgeable in their work, and they took the initiative to remember my name. Jerald did a great job with the buffet lunch & dinner

Good swimming pool, gym facilities (you will not find any good photo of the gym while looking up the hotel, that was important for me and my son, so I had some doubts about it, but it turned out that the hotel has a well equipped gym, no worries)

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and beautifully designed, offering a perfect balance of comfort and style. The hotel's amenities, including the pool and fitness center, were top-notch and well-maintained

We enjoyed the lounge especially. Good food, tasty, different every evening, good choice of drinks, good quality wine

Additionally, the location was unbeatable, with easy access to major attractions and fantastic dining options nearby

It’s location in Dubai Marina is really nice too! While the hotel itself is rather tranquil with a massive private beach, it’s also only a few minutes away from the JBR Walk, allowing you to go exploring the city, go shopping or having dinner somewhere else

The hotel is very family friendly, even the standard room is very big, they have a big playground, a wonderful kids pool and the staff really gave our son the feeling that he is more than welcomed

Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton, Dubai was beyond extraordinary and something we would highly recommend! The service is exactly how you would expect it from such a hotel, genuine, warm, and personal

The hotel has a charming traditional and classic atmosphere, creating a warm and elegant setting. The restaurants has delicious food, good wines and excellent cocktails

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and although their are tempting alternatives, we would definitely choose to stay here again!

Also nearby upstairs (not part of the property but yet still attached to it) is an amazing restaurant called sushi samba and the legendary aura sky pool

Beautiful property in a very convenient location. This property is attached to the Nakheel mall which is nice so you can get all sorts of basic essentials without having to hop in a taxi

The staff were all very helpful and kind. The general look of the hotel is simplistic yet classy

We love that the hotel scent takes you straight to good memories :)! Each staff member was on top of their game, top notch! Pablo at the check-in, Sahouil by the pool, and Remmi at Cordelia for breakfast were amazing with us! Special shout out to Housekeeping who anticipated needs, left a bookmark on top of my book and a clipper for my charger's cable on my nightstand

A Truly Warm and Elegant Poolside Experience From the very first moment, everything about the service was incredibly smooth and friendly

Environment: Very good, the balcony of the room can see the sea and the sailing hotel, you can take a boat for free to go to the beach Service: A deposit of 1000AED was paid upon check-in

The breakfast was average—considering the price, I expected a better variety of options. The swimming pools were decent, and we appreciated having access to them

The beach also is very well maintained

Facilities: Complete facilities, exotic style Hygiene: No problem Environment: Perfect beach, you can see the Burj Al Arab and it is also close to Palm Island Service: Room service will tidy up the things in the room

The breakfast was also beautiful, lovely food and lovely views out to the lagoon and sea. We also enjoyed feeding turtles the following morning at the Al Naseem hotel which was a perfect end to our stay

The facilities were beautiful and it was lovely to be able to use the other neighbouring hotel pools too. The room was lovely and had an amazing view

The multiple pools, beachfront access, and a fantastic kids’ water park made it a dream destination for our child — he never wanted to leave! The Splash Pad, slides, and shaded play areas are a huge plus for families

The hotel back door opens directly onto the Marina promenade - we just wish we had the time to do a long walk on the promenade - it looks really good. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel

I was disappointed because I arrived early after a long flight I waited at the lobby which I had no problem for being early but felt sleepy at the lobby the security asked me to don’t fall sleep or leave the hotel lobby even though I was waiting for the room Very disappointed I couldn’t force myself to stay awake so I went outside walking around to keep awake that messed up my whole day

Best choice best stay clean hotel always prefer this hotel

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times over the last 7 years and always find myself returning for at least part of my stay every time I’m in Dubai! The customer service provided by the team is fantastic with Tillal (Manager) and the pool lifeguards being particularly helpful during my last visit

Although this is one of Dubai’s older hotels, it is beautifully maintained and feels fresh and updated. A big plus is the complimentary valet service for guests, which makes arriving and leaving hassle-free

The staff were polite, helpful, and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. Having stayed at many hotels in Dubai, this was my first time at Sheraton Dubai Creek, and I was truly impressed

The rooms were recently renovated giving it the luxury feel, food was exceptional, the chefs even went above and beyond and catered for any special request

We didnt know we could use it free till day 2 so sat at the pool on the first day, which was absolutely fine. The beach club is located next door in their sister hotel but it’s a 5 minute walk

We litercojld not fault this hotel. Blue Water Island was very quiet this time of year anyway as the weather was incredibly hot. I have stayed a few times in Dubai but this was by far the best hotel
