Everyone was so attentive to anything we needed including Rahul in reception. The hotel is so clean and smells amazing everywhere you go. The food at all of the restaurants was delicious with great variety

Everything during our stay at anantara has been great! The service has been good and the people at the concierge has been friendly. Especially staff for baggage were very friendly

Only point to note is that for pedestrian access upon first arrival should be rethought as there was no proper access for guests arriving via public transport or walking as you need a card to access the building - hope this can be improved

The pool is so small and not child friendly as the pool is beside a bar where most of the guests are smoking. The room is small for a family. Slippers and toothbrush are not free. We paid for these items.

The breakfast isn't that great, it feels like there are plenty of options but eventually nothing much to eat, I prefer if I booked only the room and had breakfast outside, since Mall of the Emirates is next door and there are plenty of better options

Good hotel. Good parking facility. Good looking rooms. Washrooms have a bit older fittings, though. TVs are old. Adjacent a wide road. Different restaurants are there, but other restaurants aren't at walkable distance.

A truly disgusting detail: they give you a towel at the pool but when you look closely, you realize that they just dry it in the sun between users, without washing so you can get skin diseases from all over the world! On the other hand, the buffet-style dining was really good

Breakfast here is better than an "upgraded" hotel I stayed in the Business Bay area. Staff was amazing. No alcohol in premises tho. Aside from that, the stay was very good and value for money.
