Location was good, not too far from the mall. Hotel staff all of them including the cleaning staff were really nice.

My advice stands that guests booking high floors, should be informed in advance on days when there’s increased noise from the club on the top floor

The breakfast service staff at Celsius was very friendly and attentative. On most mornings we were greeted with a fresh juice of the day and a special canapé was also presented tableside which was a lovely added touch

Any request was taken care of immediately and handled reliably. The atmosphere was relaxed, and the quality of the food was excellent throughout. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would be happy to return

Rana, Sayyed, Jishnu and Bhirat took excellent care of us. The Windows Bar/Lounge on the 49th floor is a perfect place to end the day with a drink and an excellent view over Dubai. We were very happy with our stay

The room was clean, well-equipped, and quiet — exactly what you hope for. I especially want to highlight the service in the restaurant. The waitstaff were consistently attentive without ever being intrusive

I had a really great stay at The First Collection Marina. From the moment I arrived, the team made me feel welcome. I was upgraded to a better room, which was such a nice surprise and made my stay even more enjoyable

The breakfast was delicious and fresh, though it slightly lacked variety in the cheese and meat section. There is a pool which was heated. If you go by car, you can use the parking lot

This is the best hotel in marina Dubai they cater so well with everything. The staff are most friendly people always their to help. I wasn’t feeling great on the day of the checkout and they looked after me so well

Excellent in all aspects, breakfast is also good, there is a shopping mall nearby, about 800 meters away. But the mall is deserted and the surrounding facilities are not very convenient

Rooms are quite good but not up to 5* standards may be 4* as we have to ask for the things and they would say unavailable. But overall stay is surely 5* rated. Thanks for everyone for making ut more memorable

What stood out the most was the staff's dedication to ensuring a comfortable stay. They were courteous, quick to respond to any special requests, and always had a smile on their faces

Both the pools are really good not so crowded and we enjoyed a lot. Breakfast buffet was so much to select from continental to asian. Dinner buffet also quite good and food was very tasty

The beddings are perfect, very comfortable. We booked a family room, which is actually a king size bedroom connected to a twin bed bedroom. Very spacious and we are super recharged after a night sleep

The food for dinner was horrible, super dry like its been reheated several times. For the breakfast only i found long hair in my food

We used by mistake last Saturday morning - what they call signature pools - the personal in the bar instead to explain us that the access is only for premiums members , they were very rude, refused to serve us drinks and they were trying to kick us out of the pool as we r begging for a favor

the hotel was too good and the location was awesome. the food was fantastic (dinner and breakfast). All the swimming pools was great and beautiful and the mini waterpark for kids was super fun for children

My husband and I just love this resort. The golf course is beautiful and so well manicured played it many times. The spa is one of the best I have ever been to and treatments great

The hotel is new build located in a developing residence area, with good local shopping facilities and fantastic views of the golf course, and surrounding areas from the private balcony of our bedrooms

Simran welcomed us and guided us very nicely around the breakfast buffet items that were suited to our pure vegetarian dietary needs (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or any dishes containing these items)

The front desk staff (including Smriti, Preet, to name a few), were very welcoming, efficient, helpful and full of cheer. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic

I sent an email one day before check-in but received no response. I called four times, but my calls were continuously diverted to "my colleague. " I left my number, but there was still no follow-up

When we checked in, everything seemed fine. I checked the fridge all the beverage and then we went out for a couple of hours. When we found that the fridge door was locked

I called the reception, and a staff member came to unlock it. He mentioned that the drinks in the fridge were not complimentary. This raises a couple of concerns for me

I have been to the spa multiple times. I absolutely love their service. Their restaurants are good too. Be prepared to be there for a few hours, don't rush. This visit I discovered Lotus lounge

I quite enjoyed this experience our server Pavani was particularly attentive and helpful. I seriously enjoyed the beef Wellington it was quite delectable. The restaurant itself was wonderful

We have just visited for a second time and have had the best time! The food is delicious, there’s lots of choice, and quite a few restaurants to eat in. The lagoon pool which runs across the entire resort is amazing

The hotel is walking distance to the Gold Souqs and also a short walk to the metro station that services the whole city, but other than that the hotel is pretty far from the sightseeing stuff
