Staff were friendly and always helpful. The location of the hotel was great for getting around, with the metro station opposite reception. There is also a shopping mall next door for all you need

🙌 The room cleaners also deserve credit 👏 — they cleaned my room every day, changed the towels and bedding regularly, and kept everything spotless

It would be great if the rooms had somewhere to hang or dry clothes 👕 for longer stays, and the shower tap didn’t close completely, with slightly low water pressure 🚿 — small things, but worth mentioning

And if you’re planning to go around Dubai, it’s actually cheaper and safer to hire a vehicle directly from the hotel instead of taking random taxis — it saves money and gives you peace of mind

Ferhet is so friendly and positive — he really makes mornings better for everyone. These two truly stand out and are a big reason why guests feel welcome here

We had a beautiful stay at this hotel. The view from the suite was incredible !! overlooking the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The room was clean and well organized

I recently visited the restaurant at Address Downtown Dubai, and it was an amazing experience. The food was absolutely delicious every dish was fresh, well-presented, and full of flavour

We felt that this hotel was truly the best in Downtown Dubai. It has a luxurious atmosphere, the staff are exceptionally kind, and both the sauna and gym are available for unlimited use

From starters to dessert, everything felt premium and carefully prepared. A special mention to Binso, whose service truly made the experience even better

Top-notch service at the front desk during check-in by Swaraj, the bellboys, room service, and breakfast staff. WE did not use the pool or gym, so cannot comment on that

The reception at the hotel was not that friendly in a way that they acted mechanically not giving a piece of useful information about working hours of buffet, pool and so on

Had a wonderful stay at Crowne Plaza Dubai Marina! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the in-room services—like the affordable ironing—were impressive. A delightful surprise birthday cake made it extra special

The hotel back door opens directly onto the Marina promenade - we just wish we had the time to do a long walk on the promenade - it looks really good. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel

The service by all the staff at the restaurant was excellent as well. The location in the Marina great - walking distance to the Marina Mall as well as various dinner cruise piers

I was disappointed because I arrived early after a long flight I waited at the lobby which I had no problem for being early but felt sleepy at the lobby the security asked me to don’t fall sleep or leave the hotel lobby even though I was waiting for the room Very disappointed I couldn’t force myself to stay awake so I went outside walking around to keep awake that messed up my whole day

Really had an amazing stay at Aloft Dubai Creek. Had the best room view, special thanks to Ramadan at the reception. He makes our stay truly delightful. Worth the cost and super great value for location!

Gorgeous hotel where I love to stay everytime I visit Dubai. It's quiet, elegant, the rooms are beautiful, the staff fantastic, the pool area very green, I always enjoy my stays very much here

I’ve seen some of the poor ratings online, but in my experience, they’re undeserved. Service was polished, the atmosphere was vibrant, and everything from dining to design felt high-end and on point

The only drawback is that the hotel does not offer suite upgrades. This is an ownership decision, not a reflection of the staff, who were professional and attentive throughout

I was pleasantly surprised by The Edition Dubai. The property absolutely lives up to the Edition standards — elegant, modern, and very well executed

Furniture and inside a bit outdated and missing some amenities like paper towels, detergent, soap and bathroom amenities. Internet is slow as molasses and only one tv out of the entire 2 bedroom apartment.

The hotel’s location is great; it has a small convenience store at the entrance, Vox cinema within walking distance, and is a short drive from most attractions and shopping destinations

The only bad thing about the hotel that they are allowing pets in the rooms which making the rooms smiley. Beside the room is little dark the lights are not enough inside the rooms.

She was alone dealing with check ins, check outs and online bookings so please any concern person is reading this comment don't do it please weekend are always busy so there should be 3 receptionists to deal with different issues like check in and out and for online bookings

We had the most amazing buffets throughout our stay for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was fresh and a good balance of healthy and indulgent. The pool area was amazing with the private beach, pool and sunbeds

There were always sunbeds available and the staff at Ripples (pool bar) were friendly and quick. Throughout our stay we both felt truly valued and cared for and the whole team went above and beyond

Breakfast was amazing, you can find everything there, except avocados :) we liked their beach, and pool area, it’s good with kids. Stuff was always helpful and friendly. One negative moment: it’s about kids room

Life guards at the pool looked out for my children whilst we rested by the loungers. All around, amazing experience, massive well done to the whole team

The highlight of my stay was how beautifully the team celebrated my birthday, they decorated my room so thoughtfully, surprised me with a delicious cake, and even sang Happy Birthday! Pool and Spa area was good, and easy going, very clean and good facilities generally. Family friendly, and good options

I would recommend for all types of clients here the services are to a very high standard and you have everything you could need. Food quality was very good, plenty of concierge services and 24/7 room service

Connected to the Wafi Mall which is very useful and has no large chain fast food options so great for a cheap lunch that isn’t super unhealthy! Was helpful with the kids in avoiding McDonald’s, kfc etc

We didnt know we could use it free till day 2 so sat at the pool on the first day, which was absolutely fine. The beach club is located next door in their sister hotel but it’s a 5 minute walk

We litercojld not fault this hotel. Blue Water Island was very quiet this time of year anyway as the weather was incredibly hot. I have stayed a few times in Dubai but this was by far the best hotel
